A Glow in the Darkest Waters

I am a multidisciplinary artist who loves to dabble in all kinds of visual arts, including ceramics, painting, video creation, clothing design, and sewing. When it comes to my creative work, I’m not much of a planner. I find the most joy when I create intuitively, focusing more so on the feeling that I’m representing, rather than the outcome of the work. I love to draw inspiration from my family and from my past, focusing on all of the messy parts of life that make us who we are… This way, the work becomes a celebration of what each of us have been through, a visual diary of our experiences, for better or worse.
