ON MY OWN
On My Own is a 28 page, memoir comic about one of my childhood experiences growing up with divorced parents, feeling insecure and finding confidence in sad truths. This project was not my original plan, but ended up being made because of the inspiration I found in Adam de Souza’s guest-lecture; and I hope one day I can inspire someone else that same way!

Off Route
Off Route is a new weekly comic strip project I started planning during my grad year and will be officially starting during the summer. It follows four 20-something-year-old friends going on a road trip together getting up to typical road trip shenanigans. But across each weeks comic we will slowly find more about their relationships to each other, why they went on this trip and what they are running from.
This project was inspired by my road trips out to Kaslo, BC with my fiancé and I hope to bring this nostalgic Canadian feeling to the project.
Grad Portfolio General
Other than finishing my comic and starting my next project, I also experimented within and developed portfolio pieces. I really feel I found my footing as an artist and had so much fun creating with my peers!
