Artist Statement

As an Editor, effective use of visual storytelling is a paramount and highly satisfying process to the filmmaking experience. Throughout my artistic practice I’ve always leaned toward using visual arts as a means of storytelling, even before I knew the actual term. I started with drawing and comics, moving into graphic design, and experimenting with film and audio in post-secondary. My experience with various mediums and genres has helped me in adapting to different directors’ visions.
