Valerie Ivashchenko (she/her) is a Vancouver-based multimedia artist and filmmaker who translates internal feelings through cinematography and art direction.
She works within experimental media forms to explore what cannot be said directly, using film to process internal states. Her practice begins with feeling, then shifts into shaping moving images that linger.
Each piece holds space for ambiguity, asking the viewer to sit with emotion rather than define it.
