Logline:

When a girl comes home and finds her magical stone missing and a Rrobstuckcleo Plum Pucker plant in its place, she and her trusty familiar must venture to the abandoned Manor up on Night Hill, where the plant resides, to find out who or what stole her stone.

The Manor Design

At first, it was very detailed and stiff, but after revisions to both the manor and the girl’s house, the final product came out more whimsical and playful.

The Girls House Design

This design went through several revisions, as the original felt too Christmassy and the second was too stiff. After pushing it further and adding more curves, it felt much closer to the film’s magical feeling.

Esha is a 2d Character designer and animator based in Canada. She’s a graduate from Emily Carr University with a Bachelor’s of Media Arts in 2d animation + experimental animation. From an early age, she always wanted to create art and bring her stories to life. Through her learning, she has found her true calling in character designing and writing. She also enjoys researching the design and layout aspects of her stories. She’s a passionate artist who strives to showcase her ideas and translate them through her illustrations and animations. Esha’s future aims are to focus on the development side of animation and to write and design her own project for publication.
